Pet Buddy Carer's Information

We are looking for Doggy Lovers!

Everyone needs a holiday even our doggy friends. When our Doggy Parents are going on holidays, we ask our Pet Buddy Carers to provide a loving home environment so their doggy(s) can holiday too.

If you don't like the responsibility of dog ownership or would like your doggy to enjoy occassional company of other doggys, then this would be a great way to enjoy dog minding without the full time responsibility of ownership.

If you would like to welcome a doggy into your home occasionally and enjoy the benefit of earning a daily allowance, we would love to hear from you.

Our Pet Buddy Carers must be passionate about doggys, have time to spend caring for their doggy visitor and have a secure and fully fenced yard.

What we do:

• Lots of Luv'n Home Pet Care will discuss any suitable doggy placements with you. You have the right to decline any you feel unsuitable for your circumstances.
  
• You can nominate the size/type and breed of doggys you would like to mind and how often you are available.
  
• Lots of Luv'n Home Pet Care will try to match compatible Doggy, Doggy Parents and Pet Buddy Carers.
  
• We aim to off a 'Professional and Caring Service'.
  
• We will send you a Pet Buddy Carer's Application Pack.
  
• We arrange a time to meet you for a personal interview, property inspection and contract signing.
  
• Once a doggy parent makes a booking, we obtain details about their doggys and family situation from their application and interview. We then match their requirements with one of our Pet Buddy Carers.
  
• If we contact you, we will check your availability and if you are interested in the booking. You must contact us as soon as possible if you wish to decline the booking as we respect your right to decline any booking at this early stage.
  
• You then arrange a suitable time for both parties to meet at your home with the doggy(s), well before the booking date to enable you both to accept or decline the booking.
  
• If both parties are agreeable to the booking, Lots of Luv'n Home Pet Care will supply you with a Pet Buddy's Pack for the doggy(s) you will be caring for. This pack contains Lots of Luv'n Home Pet Care's Assessment Form, Doggy Family Information and Doggy(s) Personality Profile which includes specific information of what is suitable or not suitable for the doggys.
  
• If both parties are agreeable to the booking, we arrange a mutually agreed time for the Doggy owner to take their doggy(s) to your home and a suitable time to pick up the doggy(s).
  
• The doggy(s) owner will supply all bedding, toys, grooming equipment, food, food bowl, collar & lead, car harness (if required) and Vaccination Certificate.
  
• We will keep in contact with you (either by phone, email or text message) during the doggy's holiday stay to check that all is running smoothly.
  
• We ask that you complete the Assessment form once the owner has collected their doggy(s) and return it to us as soon as possible. Once received, we will forward your payment to you by electronic transfer directly into your bank account.

Steps to become a Pet Buddy Carer:

1. Complete all the forms in the Pet Buddy Application Pack.
2. Respond promptly to any correspondence with Lots of Luv'n Home Pet Care.
3. Provide a clean, safe and caring environment for your doggy visitor.
4. Make sure that a competent person handles the doggy(s) at all times.
5. Make sure that the doggy(s) cannot escape or injure themselves.
